I've been looking forward to this since I saw the trailer months and months ago, and was pleased with the first episode. The exposition is heavy, but I like the characters and the world-building. It's very much 'what if Blade Runner were much less grim and also a buddy cop show?' and that's clearly an idea whose time has come. I love Dorian already. (To be honest, I loved him based purely on the trailer, but I thought I should hold off on making it officially official until I at least saw an episode. He is all that I hoped for and more. And yes, the show is at least as slashy as the trailer made it look, possibly more so.)

... and now watch as Fox cancels it by the end of the season.

(Although, Fringe did last five years. Maybe the fact that someone's face melted in the first episode is a good sign?)
