Too ... much ... awesome. Brain ... failing ...!

I know there was a bunch of plot stuff going on in this episode - Sari is finally clued in to her true nature! Bulkhead is a secret space bridge savant! Ratchet resurrects his boyfriend only to lose him again! But mostly I was distracted by the half a dozen Starscreams.

They all amused the hell out of me, especially Sunstorm (yellow sycophant Starscream) and Ramjet (white pathological liar Starscream). Most of all, though, I liked Femme!Starscream. Fandom has been inventing female Seekers for decades, and it's a solid concept when removed from its Mary Sue roots. Rumour has it that her name is Skydancer, which kind of makes her sound like a My Little Pony, but I can live with it *g*. (Obviously she'll have to get an official name when they release the toy, even though they didn't give her one on screen yet.) I am thrilled that she was the one who got Starscream's brains. More about Skydancer, please.

Also, I actually screamed at the computer when I saw that stupid YTV had some moron babbling over the end credits, thus making us all miss most of the final argument between Megatron and Starscream's floating severed head. Yargh!

Ditto to everything, but especially

Also, I actually screamed at the computer when I saw that stupid YTV had some moron babbling over the end credits

THIS. AUUUGGGGGGGGHHHHHH. D:

Surely fandom will soon manage to find an unmolested copy for us soon? D:

IT'S FANDOM. IT CAN DO THESE THINGS. I do believe in fandom, I do!

Also, yay! Now we can add Ratchet/Omega Supreme to Blurr/Bumblebee. And Starscream/Starscream/Starscream/Starscream/Starscream/Starscream.

*hopefully* Is somebody writing Blurr/Bumblebee? I've been jonesing for it since Velocity, but I haven't seen any. (Okay, so he didn't technically have a personality or a name till this week, but...)

Not that I'm aware of, but I'm living in hope. :D *has also been waiting for it since Blurr first appeared*

*would also not say no to Chins!Blurr/G1!Blurr, because, well, why the hell not? :D*

Ah, fast-talking speedsters. Why are you so irresistable?

I'm a little surprised nobody wrote 'Bee mooning over his Mystery Car. I mean, that obsession is totally canon!

*would also not say no to Chins!Blurr/G1!Blurr, because, well, why the hell not? :D*

At last! Someone who can understand them! Figuratively and literally!

(Or, hey, threesome!
Optimus: If Bumblebee spends any more time with them, we're not going to be able to understand a word he says.
Prowl: And the problem would be...?)

Ah, fast-talking speedsters. Why are you so irresistable?

I don't know, but there really is something about Blurrs, isn't there? Having the ideal voice actor probably does not hurt...

They really need to give them names, before the porn becomes unnecessarily confusing!

Well, I feel it would not be unreasonable to call four of them Thundercracker, Skywarp, Sunstorm, and Ramjet. As for the other one... perhaps Thunderblast? Or maybe a name taken from another female character, like Strika, or Discharge Flamewar.

(I've heard a rumour that she's going to be called Skydancer. I really, really hope that doesn't happen. Not that it's the worst name possible, but it's certainly not the best, either.)

I'm trying to think whether there are any Decepticons with similar colouring to her whose names she could pinch. Not having a whole lot of luck.

Maybe she can call herself Dirge. :D

... Hmm. Just looked at her wiki page (http://transformers.wikia.com/wiki/Female_Starscream), and it isn't overly helpful (apparently her colours are like G2!Ramjet's, but since we've already got a G1!Ramjet clone...).

However, it is highly entertaining. :D

Sari is finally clued in to her true nature! Bulkhead is a secret space bridge savant! Ratchet resurrects his boyfriend only to lose him again!

And Prowl is a cyberninja escape artist! ...we all have our weaknesses. :) (Presently all I desire from next season is a Prowl flashback episode. Everybody else has had them!)

Most of all, though, I liked Femme!Starscream.

Yeah, I looked at that and thought of you. (Well, as second reaction. First was "so she symbolizes... Wow, Animated.")

*bangs head* I guess a clean copy will be coming up in a week--I hope, if we repeat this experience with Bakugan promos I may shoot something--but jeeeez! And they were talking through the whole sequence!

I would also love a flashback to how the war got started in the first place.

Might be a bit outside the scope of the show, but they've been generous with the flashbacks so far, and we've got Ratchet as a potential link... (Man, Ratchet as a wide-eyed kid. Now I want to see this.)

I'm dying to know how a trained Cyber Ninja (albeit one who didn't complete his training) ended up on a bridge repair crew. And for that matter why he didn't finish training.

Yeah, it obviously wasn't a matter of competence or desire, and not everything can be Sentinel's fault, so what happened? Maybe it was those stellar people skills. :) (And, okay, a personal betrayal in his backstory would fit in nicely with his attitude in the pilot, but that's just the fangirl talking.)

When the annual Multiverse Madness is over, maybe I'll even manage to write some more TF:A fic myself.

How could you resist? Look how many Starscreams they're giving you to play with! ;)
