a. I knew before I watched Halloween that people slashed Giles with this Ethan guy, so I guess I was already interested. Then I was fascinated the second I saw them on screen together. So, essentially, his relationship with Giles. More than that, the side of Giles he brings to the surface.

b. Ethan Rayne has good traits? Actually, I think in a funny way he is telling the truth when he says that honesty is one of his finer qualities. Ethan is what he is, and he's not pretending otherwise. (Unlike Giles.)

c. His willingness to endanger dozens (probably hundreds) of innocent bystanders for entertainment and/or money?

d. I remember it being pretty easy at the time but, er, it's been a while.

e. Given that I only finished the one story, I hope Three Words did him some justice.

f. You know, I always thought I would write more BtVS fic than I have actually written. I think the sheer size of the fandom intimidated me and made it seem that anything I had to say would be redundant. I do have this long unfinished Ethan-centric WIP that haunts my hard drive to this day ...
