Having listened to The Magnus Archives since before Season Two started, you might think that I would have something to offer the fandom other than 'what if all the Entities were catchy pop songs?' but, uh, here we are I guess.

I am vastly amused by this (um, no pun intended), because while I have been making my way through TMA and spewing out tons of overly complicated Thinky Thoughts about it on my DW journal, I can't entirely escape the feeling that much of it is me trying to distract myself from what my brain really wants to focus on which is the question "what if all the Entities were classic rock songs?" I don't have a very good playlist yet, though. Mostly, I just walk around singing "Eye in the Sky" by the Alan Parsons project a lot and laughing about how it gets more disturbingly appropriate all the time.

I should definitely give your collection a listen when I have time! I think I only know three or four of those songs, actually.

Ooh, I enjoyed this, even though I still know nothing about TMA (despite the meme talk, all the TMA discussion seemed to be super specific about wank so I just kept skipping the threads). But the songs were a lot of fun. the Dismemberment Song hit me like a truck, lmao. The lyrics and the vocal delivery were so amazingly at odds, it was so good.
