Doctor Who: Fugitive of the Judoon

I think that all I have to say about the plot at this point is '?????????????' and also '!!!!!!!!!!!!!' Which I imagine is right where Chibnall wants me to be, so kudos for that I guess. I am reserving all judgement about this storyline until we see more of it.
Oh, except for the judgement on Jo Martin, who makes a magnificent Doctor, however that actually turns out to work. And her Doctor costume, which is glorious. We had better see more of both. And I am glad there was a plot reason for Gallifrey to be gone again.
The episode itself was entertaining enough, although the pacing was weird in parts due to the companions having essentially nothing to do. Except Jack Harkness, bless his cotton socks.
