Yeah, I thought the finale did a wonderful job at tying up the story even if it was by necessity rather rushed. I did not expect it to be this good, considering how many seasons worth of storylines they had to compress into it. Which makes me wonder if JMS again had already trapdoors planned for all the storylines/characters like he did in B5.
even if it's explaining to her boyfriend and husband that they should actually DO SOMETHING and not let her lie there bleeding to death while they feel sad
That scene was absolutely brilliant. I was already grumbling to myself about how they aren't even trying to save Kala and then she turned up to tell them the exact same thing :D And the threesome solution to the love triangle problem was such a happy surprise. It was just so refreshingly unexpected that everyone was so accepting about everyhing (including Nomi's mother, which I think would have been unbelievable in any other show but here it just worked).
Sense8 was just such a *joyful* show that I'm glad we had it for these two seasons at least :D
