Yuletide Letter

First of all, thank you for offering to write in one of my tiny fandoms! I hope you have fun with it.
I'm a pretty easy-going fan as far as content goes. I like gen, slash, het, ampersand, bob, and whatever other genre or combination of genres you care to come up with. I love all of these fandoms and the characters I requested, so a story about whatever we've matched on will make me happy.
The only thing I really don't want to see in your story is animal harm, which is triggery for me. I cannot even imagine how that would come up in any of these requests, but bad things happening to animals is not something I want in my gift. (Oh, and as far as kinks go I am not into scat and watersports, but how likely is it that you were going to write those for Yuletide?)
I am equally comfortable with any rating from G to NC-17. I don't mind angst and/or unhappy endings. Fluff is fine. Character death is fine. Violence is fine. Sex is fine. Christmas stories are fine. I love crossovers and dig AUs. I like both zombies and BDSM. (Uh, not that I expect a story about either of those things, they just seem to be mentioned in a lot of Yuletide letters.)
Felix Castor Series - Mike Carey
Character(s): Felix Castor, Juliet aka Ajulutsikael
I love both these characters, so anything where they interact is fine with me. (I'm not sure either 'het' or 'gen' adequately describes a relationship where a man is hopelessly attracted to a succubus but can't have her because she'd kill him if they ever had sex and is married to a woman. Maybe neither of us should worry about labels for this one.) If you need a specific idea, I'd like to hear more about Juliet's early time on Earth when she was just getting used to living among humans and Fix was showing her the ropes of their profession.
I love Mike Carey and I love these books. I read the first three in the space of a week, during which time I did almost nothing but sit on the couch devouring them. I also love Fix and Juliet and their weird, twisty relationship. Another thing that draws me to this source is the fascinating worldbuilding. Given the revelation about the true nation of demons in Thicker Than Water, anything that explore Juliet's origins would be interesting. And, hey, zombies might actually be relevant to this fandom. Also, come to think of it, animal harm. So zombies made from dead humans are fine, but please avoid the ones made from live animals. Especially kitties :(.
G.I. Joe: Renegades
Character(s): Shana 'Scarlett' O'Hara, Snake-Eyes
I love this show, and I love these characters. Shipping would be lovely, but I certainly wouldn't mind gen interaction between them either. If you need a specific idea, I'd love to know how they first met, or hear about what they're up to after the season finale. What I like most about these two is that they're both strong people and they always have each other's backs, in a fight or out of one. I love just about every character ever featured on this show, so if you want to have any of the other Joes or the enemies and allies show up that would be more than fine. Please no Duke/Scarlett.
Scarlett and Snake-Eyes have been an OTP of mine since I was twelve, and I love the Renegades take on them. You don't need to include other characters, but feel free to throw in other people if you want, since I'm a fan of the entire ensemble. Also: Scarlett is competent and deadly, so please no stories where she's a damsel in distress waiting around for Snake-Eyes to rescue her. On the other hand, if she gets captured but then beats up her guards, steals a jetpack and makes it to the roof of the castle in time for Snake-Eyes to arrive so they can escape together, that would be fine. (I really love the original G.I. Joe #21.)
The Mysterious Cities of Gold
Character(s): Mendoza
As long as your story has Mendoza in it, I will be happy. (I promise. There may even be happy dancing.) Interaction with any or all of the kids during the timeframe of the show would be great. Or tell me about his past and how he came to sail with Magellan's expedition. Or about what he did afterwards - did he really go back to Spain and settle down with an enormous pile of gold, or was the lure of the New World too tempting? Did he ever see Esteban, Tao and Zia again? Bonus points for including the Golden Condor.
I loved this show so much as a child, and rewatching it a few years ago didn't dim my regard for at all. I don't think I have anything else to say about this request, other than that once again I adore the worldbuilding here. Ancient technology! Lost civilisations! Gold-plated everything! Did I mention the bonus points for the Golden Condor? (Obviously I don't expect it to show up if you go with the backstory angle, but I really do love that plane.) Mendoza fascinated me as a child, and he still does as an adult - I love his moral ambiguity, and the way the children change him for the better as the story goes on.
The Tick (2001)
Character(s): The Tick, Arthur
Anything with these two interacting would make me happy - slash or gen, whatever you prefer. They can fight crime or fight over the Tick not putting the cap back on the toothpaste. My favourite aspect of the show was the analogy between superhero life and LGBT life, whether Arthur was getting committed by his family or hanging out with a group of abused sidekicks. A story that plays with those parallels would be especially neat.
I am so sad that this show didn't last longer, but what we got was wonderful. These two are adorable together, platonically or otherwise, and I have watched Crush Story about nine hundred times. Feel free to toss Batmanuel and/or Captain Liberty into the story if you feel like it.
