Batman: The Brave and the Booster

Every time I think Batman: The Brave and the Bold can't make me happier, they pull out some other part of the DC universe that I like. This week: Martian Manhunter and the Justice League International! (With bonus Aquaman and Jaimie subbed in for Ted, who is ... unavailable in this universe.)
Also, I was terribly worried after the last episode's teaser, which featured Vic Sage hurtling toward a pit of lava on Apokalips! For a lighter and sillier take on the DC Universe, the show has proved surprisingly willing to kill off heroes. Since there's another version of the Question they could use, I was genuinely concerned about his fate. Especially when it turned out that Batman hadn't heard from him.
Only it turns out he was just undercover pretending to be a Parademon, until Batman distracted Darkseid and his minions long enough for the Question to reverse their generator and save the whole planet! Thus demonstrating one of the main reasons Vic Sage is my favourite DC character: he knows when to leave getting punched in the face to other people so he can get on with the sneaky investigating.
It looks as if nobody knows when we're getting more episodes, but now they just need to introduce Renee Montoya and Mr. Terrific and I'll go away happy when the show concludes after Season Three.
