They're one of those lines from the end of G1 that does not transform. Given how much a transforming G1 Shockwave in good condition sells for on eBay, I don't mind much about his not having an alt mode. Also, he is gloriously poseable!
Do you meet the international shipping requirements?
I do indeed. Sellers on eBay love me - I can point to thirty-five people gushing about how fast I pay with lots of exclamation marks *g*.
In other exciting plastic-related news: they are going to make a JLU Question figure! Eeeeeee!
Also, next year the line is expanding to include characters who didn't appear in the show. Given that they've cleared the rights for Q, I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a Blue Beetle.
He's going for THAT much in the Action Masters line!? Dude, I bought that figure in the clearance bin of Jamesway back in the early 1990's. He's just been taking up space in my "toys of lesser importance" bin for over a decade!

He is a little over-priced, which is why I didn't just buy him as soon as I saw him. Mind you, he's the cheapest Shockwave on eBay unless you count the bootlegs.
On the other hand, as an Australian I'm used to paying more than that for a new Deluxe figure.
I'm not sure what it looks like, thus I shall refrain from influencing you one way or the other :(
What I did do today was get bored and decide that underpants-on-head-insane Galvatron should become a reality. (http://img181.imageshack.us/img181/9818/underpantscopyyn1.jpg)
Yes, poor Cyclonus -- I bet he wishes Unicron never reformated him XD
Skywarp's life was much, much simpler. (I refuse to consider that Cyclonus could have been anyone else. He just seems so much like Warpy with more brain and a less juvenile sense of humour.)
