Very quick dot points this time, before I move on to How To Stop An Exploding Man.
- Oh Ando. You brave, wonderful idiot. I am not spoiled for much, but I am so glad that one of those tiny handful of things I am spoiled for is that you're not going to die next episode.
- Nakamua Kaito you are so much awesome! (I <3 George Takei like woah.)
- Nathan! It is OK! I have faith that you are not a billain. Er, villain.
- Audrey, it is so nice to see you again. Even if you did accidentally get Ted's brain eaten.
- I hope Mohinder and Mr. Bennet do not shoot one another and that Molly will be fine. Thought it was great characterisation that Bennet was horrified at the idea of shooting a little girl, but prepared to do it anyway.
- Awesome moment when Jessica gives up her control of the body and lets Niki have it back for the sake of D.L. and Micah. Awwwwww. Family first! Mr. Linderman completely deserved that, given the circumstances.
- Felt stupid for not guessing that he would heal Heidi Petrelli ages ago.
... now, back to watching New York hopefully not explode.
ETA: Forgot to say before, I am enjoying the hell out of Candice. We get a great insight into her character when Micah mentions that his cousin who eats like her is huge, and she replies 'so am I.' I wondered before if she really looked like that, and now I think that's a definite no.

Date: 2007-07-01 02:56 pm (UTC)Channel Seven have been running that particular scene in their ads, complete with The Voiceover of Making It Really Freaking Obvious (In Case You Didn't Realise from the Visuals). YAY SPOILERS IN ADVERTISING!

Date: 2007-07-01 03:20 pm (UTC)I enjoyed the hell out of the training scene as well. Must have brought "The Naked Time" memories for Takei, as he fenced there as well!

That scene killed me and made me wimper for both of them. At this point, "will Nathan and Hiro reconcile before the season ends?" was added to my list of worries, though I had faith as well re: Nathan's billainhood or rather lack of same. (It is that scene which Masi and George commented in the quotes I sent you.) I mean, I was pretty sure we'd get more Nathan and (spoiler) interaction/clarification/reconciliation, but what, self thought, what about Nathan and Hiro?

He did, and I loved Jessica giving control to Niki as well. Great symmetry to Niki giving control to Jessica when DL vanished with Micah; both times for similar and yet so different reasons. Also, Linderman just overlooked one thing about Jessica (and she's not the only sibling he manages to do that with): Niki comes first for her, and so does Micah. Before money and security.

There is some great Candice fanfic by
