Yes! I'm very relieved to be in the country for this - we're on stage 3 but with compulsory masks and the only person I've seen without one was a guy who suddenly realised why people were looking at him and he dashed back to his car with his shirt pulled up over his face to get his mask. (And a few people with actual health exemptions, but they were trying to minimise being out in public due to their actual health issues.)
