Her occupation and relationship with Charles could conceivably have changed in forty years, and I'm trying not to worry about anyone's accent for fear my head will explode. Barely ageing in forty years, though, looks like a mutation in and of itself.
I don't even understand why she's supposed to be Moira. Except that she gets to kiss Charles. ^^ Te part could have been played by Val Cooper or anyone...
I'm wondering if there's a draft somewhere that has her relationship with Charles as a more central element of the story. (Although if they needed to make one of his human girlfriends an FBI agent, I think Gabby Haller would have worked better.)

Magneto helping to build Cerebro - that's how he knows where it is in order to give the game away to Stryker, and how he's able to 'retune' it to hone in on baseline humans. Beast made the prototype in First Class and Erik is gone before they can possibly have started building a new one under the mansion.
