Also, the bit about Megatron going after more crystals gave me the weirdest mental image of him getting into crystal energy healing. WHAT. (I've been online all night reading the wanksplosion. I think it did something to my brain.)
When he finally overthrew Megatron and reigned supreme over the Decepticon army and the universe, he had no idea how he would live without it.

And the whole Starscream-going-to-the-moon for alone time (not like that) thing pleases me more than it probably should -- Armada!Starscream has a habit of wandering off to deserted parts of the moon/Earth when he feels like wangsting being alone, so there's precedent. Of sorts. *makes note to bring Armada over in July*
Possibly there is one thing that doesn't sit quite right with me: it feels a little... rushed, perhaps? Like either it should be longer, or two separate stories. I'm not sure. Guess I'll just have to read it again. Several times. *g*
Possible quibble:
The silver metal showing up the slightest scratches and dints
Do you mean 'showed up'?
(Man, I love you for giving Megs the old smoothing-out-the-scratches treatment. It's usually only the Autobots who receive that kind of attention.)
