Yes, I think she'd like it, because it's a send-up of the uptight soldiers the worked with in Rimmer, of the modern extremely-average-guy from roughly her time period out of his element in space (which she had to feel like she was at times), and because, heck, she liked being out in space, and SF humor gives her a way to think about it like it's normal and not some freaky secret.
I think she'd hate the new Kochanski, though. The old one, now there was a great character for a feminist like Sarah Jane. The new one, she'd probably mock.
