I really thought the Doctor Who high school AU was as weird as my dreams could get. But no. Apparently there's something even weirder that I'd never written: a band AU. Well, technically speaking, it was an orchestra. The fandom involved? Farscape.

According to my subconscious, Crais plays the bassoon.

Crais on bassoon may be the most brilliant idea my subconscious has ever had of its own accord. In some ways, he is terrifyingly like the few bassoon players I have known in my life *g*.

In my dream, it worked so well! Aeryn played the cello, obviously Scorpius was conducting, and Crichton was some kind of guest soloist/conductor. There was even a plot, of sorts.
