I'd have thought the lack of female characters on the Dwarf would have put Sarah Jane off - certainly early 'make-you-own-coffee' Sarah Jane. Maybe growed-up-and-awesome Sarah Jane would be more relaxed about it... or maybe she could watch it with Luke. :)
