I can definitely see Sarah Jane watching the earlier seasons, but I can't see her being hardcore fannish about the show (or anything, really - she doesn't strike me as a fangirl). I suspect that when the quality got a bit wobbly, she would have stopped being a regular watcher. I think she'd like smart, critical comedy in general, and could certainly overcome the weirdness of it with little effort!

I can't see that Nine would have watched much TV, but Ten would like domestic soapies (East Enders, Neighbours) for the ridiculous drama and weird dilemmas people get themselves into. Seven would watch spy movies and serious BBC miniseries and be really annoying by working out the ending within the first ten minutes, without sufficient on-screen evidence.
